Experience and Knowledge:

1 to 2 years of experience in the area of customer services in any others health care institutions will be considered as an added advantage.
Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills and Expertise:
Fluency and comprehension in written and spoken English.
Willing to work after office hours/weekends/public holidays if necessary.

Attends customers by answering required service questions; suggesting information about other services in assigned area.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information, maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information & contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Updates himself/herself with full awareness of all services provided on all changes and amendments on service features, procedures and processes.
Demonstrates vigilance and visible promptness on service delivery with politeness and helping attitude.
