Responsibilities & Context
Generate and maintain client relationships by responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person visits. Write proposals, prepare presentation slides, and create marketing materials. Participate in client meetings and coordinate with marketing agencies to produce and publish promotional content. Contribute to website management and digital marketing efforts, keeping daily records of activities. Develop a professional sales and marketing plan, stay informed about products and regularly report relevant findings to management.
Sales of ongoing and ready apartments will be target-oriented. The incumbent will arrange site visits for clients, create new customer relationships, and follow up on provided leads to meet sales goals.
