Summary

Education

Should have a B Sc. Ag with a Masters degree in Horticulture/ Plant Pathology/ Entomology/ Environment Science from a UGC approved University.

Experience

Additional Requirements

Minimum 6 years of working experience in project management.
Relevent working experience with PKSF or any project funded by multi-lateral development partners would be preferred & Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, typing both English and Bengali), Should have a motor cycle with driving licence.

PAGE Development Centre is a national voluntary social welfare organization. PAGE is going to implement “Sustainable Microenterprise and Resilient Transformation (SMART)” project supported by PKSF. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, PAGE intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Provide strategic direction for project implementation and supervise the project.
Identify & mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, training and workshops, and environment club meeting.
Manage project budgets, procurement, reimbursement, as well as track project performance.
Ensure and supervise documentation on events, program learnings and impact, case studies and reports.
Ensure and supervise preparation and submission of project progress reportsin a timely manner (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Maintain regularcommunication and collaboration with PKSF regarding sub-project implementation.
Maintain liaison and coordination with local government as well as govt. offices such as DAE, DoE.
Report to senior management regarding project progress regularly.
Follow the organizations Child Safeguarding, protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse(PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.
