Responsibilities & Context

  • Design & Execute OD strategies to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and agile organizational culture.
  • Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation and development initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
  • Design & develop organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design & implement standard Compensation & Benefit structure that will create win win situation for both employer & employee.
  • Analyze and evaluate training and development programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions.
  • Provide proper guidance to employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development.
  • Develop proper performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess workforce capabilities, manage employee engagement, and promote cultural alignment.
