Design & Execute OD strategies to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and agile organizational culture.
Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation and development initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
Design & develop organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Design & implement standard Compensation & Benefit structure that will create win win situation for both employer & employee.
Analyze and evaluate training and development programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions.
Provide proper guidance to employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development.
Develop proper performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
Collaborate with departments to assess workforce capabilities, manage employee engagement, and promote cultural alignment.
