Responsibilities & Context
We are one of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh and are looking for suitable candidates for our IT Department.
- Maintain and service of Desktop, Laptop and printer, Wi-Fi, etc. Maintain smooth operations of attendance devices.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV system.
- Maintain internal network, and e-mail configuration in Outlook & email server. Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Replacing computer parts and other hardware as required.
- Good knowledge of Hardware, Networking, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Setting up accounts for staff, educating them on login, and resolving issues.
- Maintaining records of software licenses.
- Cooperating HR team in maintaining ERP data. Any other task assigned by the management.
