Context :
We are looking for a dynamic and an energetic male Candidate, This candidate should have at Punctuality and honesty . [Recommended for experienced ] *( freshers also can apply ).
Job Responsibilities:
· knowledgeable on Production Management.
· Ability to take challenges to achieve the production target.
· Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly & quarterly strategic production plan.
· Arrange meetings and project visits with employees.
· Prepare daily and weekly & monthly production reports.
· Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members to achieve production targets.
· Corporate Production planning and implementation.
· Any other task assigned by Management.
.· Computer knowledge is must.
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills. * Speaking English.
· Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and result-oriented.
