Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Executive at Gold’s Gym, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth operations at the front desk, and maintain a welcoming environment. You will assist with inquiries, manage gym memberships, and help coordinate daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members, guests, and potential clients with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Manage gym memberships, process payments, and assist with member sign-ups and renewals.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries about gym services, classes, and promotions.
  • Schedule appointments for personal training sessions and other gym services.
  • Ensure the front desk is organised and operates efficiently.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensuring proper member access to the gym.
  • Address member complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area and surrounding spaces.
  • Promote Gold’s Gym events, services, and programs to drive member engagement.
  • Uphold the Gold’s Gym brand standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Any other relevant task assigned by the Management.

Duty Type:

  • Roster based shifting duty.
