Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure overall Health & Safety issues in Factory.
- Maintain health checkup of workers & Staffs periodically.
- Advise medicine after diagnostics problem.
- Take care of all health issues of the employees.
- Conduct necessary training for workers- first aid training, health & safety training etc.
- Provide age certificate at the time of recruitment.
- Prepare injury analysis report & assessment.
- Monitor medical assistant & nurse.
