Responsibilities & Context

  • To communicate with the territory-wise Doctors, Institutions, and Private hospitals/clinics and to achieve targets as well as to establish the brand image.
  • This performance-driven field-oriented job will require short to long travel within the country to attend to target customers.
  • Familiarize with the community doctors’ practices and specialties; develop and maintain potential Doctors’ database within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the community keeping contact with the Medical Association & Medical Institutes;
  • Collecting information about the doctors operating in those institutes and maintaining a good relationship with the doctors.
  • Achieve monthly targets from the assigned territory as set by management Organize event management like seminars, Health clinics, etc.
  • We are involving community physicians keeping excellent public relations & rapport with concerned people and supporting logistics.
  • Travel to assigned ex-HQ and Out-stations of different districts for doctor visits, increase referrals, and subsequent business development.
  • Communicate hospital images to the doctors visiting the locality and invite doctors to publish journals in hospital medical journals.
  • Prepare monthly activity plan and activity report with target achievement performance to submit to the Sales Manager.
