Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with simulation software and production planning tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D, 3D) and AutoCAD MAX for creating layouts and models.
• Knowledge of robotics systems and their application in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities & Context

Factory Layout Analysis

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current factory layouts to identify areas for improvement in workflow, space utilization, and efficiency.

• Propose and implement layout changes to optimize production processes, improve safety, and reduce waste.

Machine Transfer & Setup

• Follow up on all machine transfers, ensuring proper installation and setup in new locations according to planned layouts.

• Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime during machine relocations and installations.

Construction & Facility Management

• Oversee construction activities related to factory expansion, layout changes, and infrastructure updates.

• Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Robotics & Automation Projects

• Lead the planning and implementation of robotics and automation initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

• Work on integrating robotic systems into production lines, ensuring compatibility with existing processes.

• Stay updated on the latest robotics technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve productivity.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support

• Collaborate with the production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of industrial engineering projects.
•  Provide technical support and guidance to other departments on matters related to factory layout, automation, and machinery setup.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new layouts and automation systems post-implementation, identifying further areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.

Skills & Expertise

Auto CAD 2D 3D

Professional proficiency in English

Proficiency with computer and scientific equipment.
