Additional Requirements

According to the company’s development direction, achieve sales growth and hit sales annual targets by successfully managing the sales team
Responsible for the whole process follow-up of Group’s annual target projects, including the confirmation of cooperation, the development, the supply chain, the production, the customer service and the payment receipt
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence by sales-related advertising and promotion plans, exhibition activities, etc
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
