As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Credit Cards under Retail Financial Services Division.

Position Overview

  • The Head of Credit Cards will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the Company’s credit card business strategy. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in credit card market. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit card business and operations, developing strategies to optimize credit card business growth and managing key relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies in shaping credit card business landscape to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop Marketing strategy, product design, pricing and propositions for the Credit Card products.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Credit Card department, ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align credit card business strategies with overall business objectives and financial goals.
  • Acquisition of new credit card merchants and maintain existing merchants by maintaining lucrative features for the end user.
  • Liaison with Visa & Master card authorities to remain conversant with emerging trends and to leverage relationship to the FI’s advantage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and regulatory bodies with deep stakeholder insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the department.
