    Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Diagnostic Centre

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • A good number of doctors base & Molecular diagnostics experience will be added advantage
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

i) Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase test volumes and sales revenue from both individual patients and B2B partnerships & molecular diagnostics segment.

ii) Regular Territory Visits:

  • Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to generate consistent referrals.
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers for diagnostics services.

iii) Generate Tests & Referrals:

  • Promote diagnostic services, high-end molecular tests and in-house doctors
  • Organize presentations and demonstrations for hospitals and clinics to showcase diagnostic capabilities.

iv) Increase B2B Collaborations:

  • Establish and grow partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other diagnostic centers to increase test referrals and collaborations.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to expand market presence.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship management to maintain long-term collaborations.

v) Daily Reporting:

  • Submit daily reports to the authority, detailing visits, interactions, progress, and potential leads.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to management to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

vi) Customer Service & Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve any concerns or queries from clients related to diagnostic services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and support.
