Responsibilities & Context
This position is responsible for various kinds of financial and accounting tasks and reporting to management through supervisor.
Banking, Payment processing, software update receivable and payable and others posting in accounting software and report to management actual financial position of company.
Should have good communication skills in writing in English language and negotiation skills in all dimensions.
Recording of all transactions in Excel & ERP software.
Experience with computerized accounting systems is essential.
Expertise in MS Excel is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Recording of all types of Vouchers Prepare bank reconciliation Prepare budget & Salary sheet.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide company.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
