Job Context:
International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization’s goal.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Respond to customer requirements and requests (via email and phone) in a timely manner.
- Process orders, provide invoices, and share layouts with customers on time.
- Ensure proper order management and communicate order status/delivery information to customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team and other departments for the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and service standards.
- Educate new customers on order placement, system usage, and relevant information.
- Provide suggestions to supervisors for improving current order, process, or operational flows to increase efficiency.
- Visit customers when required, especially for critical issue resolution.
- Provide sales support as needed to meet management’s requirements.
- Follow up on timely payments, expedite documentation, and support the commercial/credit team in closing orders.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Align actions with departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Advocate for customer needs to ensure the best service experience.
- Stay informed about customer garment production lead times, product lines, and related details.
