  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and project partners.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability and willingness to work throughout Bangladesh required.

Responsibilities & Context

Position Description

RTI is seeking an Implementation Coordinator in Bangladesh. This position will provide coordination, technical and operational support to ensure the seamless execution of project activities at regional and district levels. This position reports to the Implementation Director.

Responsibilities

  • Support Implementation Director to implement activities and ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and donor requirements.
  • Liaise with team at national, regional and district levels to facilitate the smooth implementation of health systems strengthening interventions
  • Collaborates with colleagues across RTI and SLLHS activity on technical, administrative, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Ensures best practices and lessons learned are captured and disseminated across project.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and other stakeholder engagement events as required.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for project activities, including venue booking, travel arrangements, procurement of materials, and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports, and maintaining project documentation
  • Collaborate closely with other project team members, including technical experts, MEL specialists, and finance/administration staff, to ensure integrated project delivery.
