Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Any professional certification in Corporate Security Filed like CPP, SRMP, PSP, PCI or others shall add value but not mandatory.

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have Corporate Security Experience. Without related experience, please do not apply.
  • Retired Army, Navy or Airforce Commissioned Officers or Police Officer (BCS) with Corporate Job Experience are high encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates from non-Defense background with related experience in Security and safety field or Professional Certification in Corporate Security (like CPP, SRMP, PSP, PCI et or MSc in Criminology/ Policy Science) Field are highly recommended to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for Corporate Security Professional with proven experience in Corporate Security, Safety and Risk Management. Candidates having required skills and experience are requested to apply. Also the candidates needs to be fluent in English. No need to apply without English Fluency.

Overall responsibility of safety, security, protection, Fraud and Vigilance of the business.

Analyzing the future risk and take appropriate action according the policy.

Ensure Installation and Maintenance of Safety & Security Equipment like Archway, CCTV, DVR, NVR, Metal Detector, Fire Extinguisher, IDS, Smoke Detector etc.

Liaise with Govt. authorities like Police, RAB, NSI and other low enforcing agencies with respect to security concerns and issues within the region.

Preparing Yearly Security budget, project security budget and ensure cost savings in terms of Security.

Conduct physical security assessment (PSA) and operational risk assessment (OSA).Conduct detailed investigation of security or policy breaches & submit report for the same to relevant stakeholders.

Implementing security policies.

Coordinate with the Projects and Operations Team for any new rollout to provide inputs required with respect to Security installations, Security budgets and related requirements.

Ensure compliance with company information security policies and procedures applicable to the role.

Conduct regular safety drills & ensure communication of necessary safety measures to all employees.

Conduct awareness training among all employees, contractors and vendors within the given region.

Conduct Annual Risk Assessment Audits as per the Annual Audit schedule.

Coordinate and assist with the implementation of office security operations and activities to ensure protection of Employees, visitors, physical assets and information assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.
