Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Share Ownership Hotel and Resorts, Real EstateBe a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally about 60 Sales Team.
  • Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
  • This candidate should have at least 3/5 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
  • Highly Preference to sales experience on Share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.

    Or,

  • extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
  • Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
  • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.
