The applicants should have experience in through Land Sales & Marketing
Should have strong interpersonal communication skills and convincing capacity.
Should be a determined and performance-driven personality.
Understanding of area and potential customers.
Need to have own Database from previous clients or collected from reliable sources.

Succeed daily activities of the sales team and monitor client visit plan to reach the target.
Sourcing new clients from the market and social networking sites.
Collecting market information and visiting corporate customers.
Meeting with clients during sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products, and establishing new business.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales lead targets.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, generating leads, and reaching out to prospects.
Setting sales lead goals and developing sales lead strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets, and deadlines.
Prepare daily client visit plan.
Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
Maintain and update customer database.
Prepare monthly sales lead reports & provide feedback to the Supervisor on a regular basis.
Any other task assigned by Management if required.
