Responsibilities & Context

Akij Ceramics Ltd’s., (ACRL), Sanitary ware, an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint Executive / Senior Executive for its regional sales team who will be responsible for executing and overseeing sales operations in assigned territories of Rosa brands – Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute sales operation in assigned territory, act as a point of contact between customers and the ACRL’s Sanitary ware business – Rosa Brand
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers
  • Gather customer information to figure out the customer needs
  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations / cost calculations for Sanitary ware products
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve their concerns and requisitions
  • Inspect inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure continuous sales growth
  • Build and retain relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, meetings
  • Understand client needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to address their requirements
  • Develop insights on our Sanitary Ware products, including their features, and customization options
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, visits, and orders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and propose improvements for sales growth
