  • Involvement in building communities, particularly for NGOs, Farmers, or similar grassroots initiatives, is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with tech-driven products or technology industries and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an experienced and creative “Product Marketing Manager (Tech)” to lead the marketing efforts for Fashol’s Tech Products. This role will focus on both online and offline activation strategies, targeting early adopters and guiding the product toward mainstream success. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience in driving product penetration and building personalized relationships at scale.

Fashol is transforming the agricultural supply chain, eliminating value chain actors, and creating a direct link between farmers and customers. With a resolute mission to empower farmers, formalize informal markets, advocate for fair pricing, and revolutionize the agricultural supply chain, Fashol stands at the intersection of technology and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that addresses customer pain points.
  • Drive adoption by targeting early adopters and guiding the product from launch to mainstream acceptance.
  • Create assets like presentations and demos to communicate product value and market differentiation.
  • Implement scalable strategies for personalized customer relationships to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns to maximize customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Use market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and positioning.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics to scale outreach, monitor performance, and continuously refine strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, incorporating their feedback into product development and marketing efforts.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Full-time

Location: Fashol Headquarter, Kawran bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
