We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to design and build Android applications that integrate advanced camera functionalities and machine learning models. As part of this role, you will be responsible for building efficient, scalable, and maintainable code that interacts with Android’s Camera API and deploys machine learning models on-device.
Your profile
- Studied in Computer Science or in a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an android developer
- Proficient in developing android applications with Kotlin and Java
- In depth knowledge of Android standard frameworks, APIs and common design patterns
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications with complex camera functionalities (e.g., image capture, video recording)
- Optimize camera performance for various Android devices, ensuring high-quality capture and processing
- Integrate on-device machine learning models for real-time image and video processing
- Work with external APIs and libraries to support machine learning model deployment and camera operations
- Experience with Jetpack Compose is a plus
- Working knowledge of Git
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Reliable, committed, and enjoy working in a team
- Enjoy solving tricky technical challenges
- High degree of sense of responsibility with self-motivation
