Responsibilities & Context

- Align daily activities with the long-term business objectives of the organization.
- Provide expert counselling to clients on international education and migration processes, helping them make informed decisions.
- Manage the entire Visa and Immigration Services process, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education options, including destinations in Europe, the USA, Australia, and Asia, to provide clients with comprehensive guidance.
- Review and prepare all legal and non-legal documents related to visa and immigration, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations.
- Assist students in identifying their skills and potential, offering guidance on career decisions that align with their goals.
- Provide detailed information on various educational institutions, including colleges and universities, and advise students on the requirements for admission.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that students may have during their application process.
- Support the back-end team in completing all visa and immigration-related documentation, ensuring timely submission in accordance with government deadlines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
