Responsibilities & Context

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
Lead and supervise a team of junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to nursing protocols and standards.
Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure proper implementation.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health management.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including progress reports and care documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in staff training and development programs to improve nursing skills and knowledge.
Handle critical situations and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
