•Minimum 10 years of experience in any 100% export oriented textile industry (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Printing & Processing, Garments, etc.).
•Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking.
•Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
•Should have good communication skill.
•Should have experience in software based accounting system.
•Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context
•To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
•Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
•Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
•Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
•Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
•Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
•Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
•Compares previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
•Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
•Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
•Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs.
•Prepare financial statements.
•To perform any other task as assigned by the management or superior.
