Responsibilities & Context
- To lead the team to achieve the collection targets that are periodically set by the management.
- Responsible of debt and cash collection from generated sales.
- Have to generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports that include CR and Marketing overdue.
- Monitoring and taking regular feedback from the team members on daily collections
- Client Follow-Up for the Purpose of Collection.
- Sending emails to the client for the purpose of collecting overdue fees and registration costs.
- Having working knowledge on MIS or Accounting related software (If required).
- Customer Follow-Up for New Sales Following Payment.
- Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
