Key Responsibilities:
-
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls and emails, providing product information and assistance to potential customers. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed.

Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.

Technical proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach, is preferred.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
-
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Previous experience in a similar role in the technology industry is preferred.
