Responsibilities & Context

  • Site acquisition and looking for the best suited site for franchise super store as per business plan including market analysis and feasibility study.

  • Work closely with different team to achieve target number of store opening.

  • Main point of contract for leasing and temporary negotiations and discussion with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identifying the prospective new locations for business expansion through research and data analysis.

  • Finding new investors to establish joint venture outlet with Agora Ltd.

  • Identifying and collecting the Property documents from the landowners and the investors for executing the deed of agreements.

  • Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per franchise investment bandwidth, location and market expansion.  

  • Ensuring proper documentation of all project related documents as per guideline.
