Responsibilities & Context

Should have the mental ability to work under pressure, be flexible for office time, work in extended hours, and do any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Monitor production capacity, material arrangements, and daily progress.

Ensure timely flow of materials and adherence to production schedules.

Coordinate with planning teams for updates and order status.

Prepare and review monthly and weekly performance reports.

Arrange and plan sample reviews and production schedules.

Excellent skills in MS – Office application.

Should have good communication in both Bangla & English.
