Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven professionals for our Store department as “Manager (Store)”. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge over in performing Store work.

The incumbent should have the adequate practical work knowledge over:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of Purchase items, finished goods, and other necessary items.

  • Production materials as per Challan, LC & Commercial Invoice issue & receiving and also maintaining Stock Register for all Products , Products Transfer,& Received & Others Equipment.

  • Implement ERP System (Products, Accessories, and Finished Goods, Closing stock).

  • Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies. Follow up Warehouse Day to day operation (Received, Issues, Physical counting, Proper location maintain with BIN Card).Warehouse cost minimize with select proper manpower areas.

  • Follow up Import Export Logistic management .To make demand forecasting and maintain Materials Received and delivery.

  • Prepare regular reports on stock status, procurement activities, and any issues or discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to store management.

  • Supervise store staff, including assigning tasks and responsibilities.

  • Provide training and support to store personnel to ensure efficient operations.

  • Ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the store area.

  • Ensure that all store activities comply with relevant regulations and Shop standards.

  • Implement and maintain safety protocols within the store, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.

  • To co-operate of all supplier and maintain good communication.

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on Super shop trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.

  • Stock-taking is the process of physical verification of the quantity and condition of goods in store.

  • Stock records are the documents which record ,from day to day ,full particulars of individual receipts, Issues and balances of materials.
