Skill and Competencies:

Up-to-date knowledge about communicable and non-communicable diseases and their management.
Professional level experience for performing patient diagnosis, treatment giving and referral smoothly.
Adequate knowledge about health administration.
Knowledge of Tele-health and telemedicine, mobile telecommunication
Computer operating skill- MS
Technologically sound about smart phone use, android phone use and web browsing.

Responsible for:

Manage and coordinate the Dhaka Doctor Centre and Decentralized Doctor Centers as part of mHealth Program Implementation.
Maintaining continuous coordination between Health team with ISM team for running doctor center smoothly

Activities:

Giving continuous feedback of the Doctor centre’s Application to the Application development team to make the Application more specific and user friendly.
Support to develop/review mHealth algorithms with Application development team.
Check and monitor received cases in doctor centre interface that comes from the FCMs’ mobile.
Provide solution to the cases through mHealth operating system.
Communicating with the FCMs when required.
Providing treatment and generating prescription through operating system.
Taking decision for referral of the patient.
Providing advice for the patient management.
Provide daily report on the statistics of Dhaka doctor centre.
To help supervisor in staff requirement for the project and other project related activities.
Provide regular feedback to supervisor.
Provide quarterly visit to decentralized doctor centers to see their work progress and responses to FCM. The findings should be reported to the supervisor.
Any other work assigned by the supervisors and Friendship Management.
