REPORTS TO: Bangladesh Ashshash Project Director
POSITION SUMMARY:
-
Senior Manager Training and Employment Manager will be in charge of spearheading the design and implementation of various initiatives under the Ashshash project, which aims to provide relevant, need based and marketable skills to enhance survivors’ sustainable employability and entrepreneurial capacities. This may include vocational training, job-specific skills, entrepreneurship development training, or mentorship programs tailored to their interests and abilities. This role entails overseeing the activities of sustainable Reintegration partners, which includes enhancing their capacities on skill training and sustainable employment through training programs, supervising their work, and facilitating the seamless sustainable reintegration process in collaboration with the other Ashshash components. The position will be responsible for supporting business development components and actively contributing to survivors’ market access.
