Job Responsibilities for Sales Executive – Southeast Landmark Ltd.

At Southeast Landmark Ltd., we are seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales Executives to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of one of Bangladesh’s fastest-growing land development companies. Our projects span prime residential and commercial properties, and we need individuals who can strategically connect with potential clients, communicate value, and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to potential clients, showcasing the unique benefits of our land and real estate offerings, and build long-term client relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
  • Team Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company’s revenue goals.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide professional guidance and detailed information to clients regarding property investments, including site visits and presentations. Listen to client needs, offer tailored solutions, and help them make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, deal progress, and sales reports using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions.
  • Event & Networking Participation: Attend company events, client meetings, and real estate expos to enhance the company’s visibility and strengthen your professional network.
