Abacus Learning is preferable (For all Abacus Courses)
Ex-cadets are also preferable (For all Cadet Courses)
Strong computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and ability to work with students of different ages and learning styles.
Enthusiasm for teaching and helping students succeed.

Technical requirements:

The candidate must have sound technical Knowledge (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Office Software & Basic troubleshooting)
Must have a functional laptop with a good camera, and headset or Headphones.
Must have a strong internet connection.

Job Description:

We are seeking some dedicated online teachers to join our experienced team. If you love to work with children & want to set a remarkable footprint on their educational development, Let’s meet. As an online teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibility:

Conducting online classes & assigning interesting homework to students.
Identifying students with special requirements and creating individualized plans
Cooperating with the Coordinator and Instructor to align distributed duties and responsibilities Aiding and supporting students during and after class.
Taking individual students’ attendance of each batch.
Paying attention and providing instruction to students to solve classroom problems in a positive approach.
Engaging students during class and supporting the subject instructor in the classroom.
Enforce class rules to help teach students appropriate behavior.
Responding to inquiries from students via live chat. Support peer teachers for the learning and development of the students.
Maintaining an enjoyable classroom environment maintains proper discipline in the classroom.
Monitoring the progress of the students to counsel them and assist them to improve.
Ensuring active participation of students in the class Must have the ability to speak clearly to students, other teachers, guardians, and administration officials.
Teachers have to find ways to involve students in their lessons in creative ways.
Calling absent students and sending attendance messages to parents after class. Supporting subject Instructor preparing progress report.
Monitoring WhatsApp groups to respond to and manage students.
Upload daily and monthly student progress reports for parents through the Teachers’ panel
