• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bangla and English.

Job Summary

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of IPAO’s field projects across designated regions. The role requires close coordination with project teams, community members, and stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality execution of activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, field operations, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Implementation: Supervise and support field activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and objectives.

• Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, collect data, and ensure that projects meet quality standards.

• Team Leadership: Manage and guide field teams, providing direction and support to ensure efficient operations.

• Community Engagement: Develop strong relationships with local communities, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Photographing Events: Capture high-quality images during events, projects, or promotional activities.

• Editing and Retouching: Use editing software (such as Photoshop) to enhance and retouch images.

• Equipment Management: Handle and maintain camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and accessories.

• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural and hard-to-reach areas.

• Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in computer systems.

• File Management: Organize and manage electronic files and folders for easy retrieval.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed and timely reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes, and present these to the Project Manager.

• Capacity Building: Identify and address the training needs of field staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.

• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during field operations, working with relevant teams to develop solutions.
