Responsibilities & Context
Demonstrate a proactive attitude, consistently meet targets, and maintain a strong commitment to achieving desired outcomes.
Align daily activities with the long-term business objectives of the organization.
Provide expert counselling to clients on international education and migration processes, helping them make informed decisions.
Manage the entire Visa and Immigration Services process, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education options, including destinations in Europe, the USA, Australia, and Asia, to provide clients with comprehensive guidance.
Review and prepare all legal and non-legal documents related to visa and immigration, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations.
Assist students in identifying their skills and potential, offering guidance on career decisions that align with their goals.
Provide detailed information on various educational institutions, including colleges and universities, and advise students on the requirements for admission.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that students may have during their application process.
Support the back-end team in completing all visa and immigration-related documentation, ensuring timely submission in accordance with government deadlines.
Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.
