Education

Experience

Additional Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years experience in relevant field.
Strong understanding of continuous casting technology, metallurgy, and related processes.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Increasing focus on environmentally friendly practices, including energy efficiency and reduced emissions in casting processes.

Oversee the entire continuous casting process, ensuring efficient operation and quality output.
Coordinate with production teams to optimize casting schedules and minimize downtime.
Implement and maintain quality standards for cast products.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure that control systems are functioning correctly and update software as necessary
Regularly clean molds to prevent defects in the casting process.
Use vibration analysis, thermography, and other diagnostic tools to monitor equipment health.
Promote a culture of safety within the team and the broader manufacturing environment.
Prepare regular reports on production metrics, quality control, and operational performance for upper management.
Any other task as and when required by management
