Responsibilities & Context

• Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs

• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines, and budget are met.

• Host project meetings with Vendors, team and managers

• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members

• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed

• Prepare presentation and various reports for the management

• Identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed.

• Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This includes management through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation.

• Communicate with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.

• Work within a horizontal team to prepare data with migration efforts with multiple stakeholders.

• Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation. Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the SDLC process.

• Manage the CBS Team and coordinate with Temenos (the CBS application vendor) for all issues.

• Oversee the Temenos Customer Service Portal (TCSP) to ensure tickets raised by the Business Transformation Department are appropriately documented, updated, and deployed in the test environment by the CBS Team. Ensure stakeholders conduct proper testing and deployments in the production environment with the necessary approvals.

• Ensure proper extraction of data from Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL databases as needed by stakeholders.

• Develop Agile and Scrum prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
