Responsibilities & Context

Chanto Education is looking for Student Visa Counselor for Japan/South Korea experienced person with core student visa processing knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Possess a sound knowledge of the admission processes and Visa application
• Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of student profiles, application materials, and correspondence.
• Collaborate closely with educational institutions, visa office, and other stakeholders to facilitate application process.
• Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
• Willing to work under pressure, able to complete the given task within Deadline
• Other duties as assigned by Chanto Education.
