Requirements
Education
01. MBBS from BMDC recognized institution.
02. MPH (Hospital Management/Admin) or post-graduation degree in any relevant field.
03. At least 5 years’ experience in reputed hospital/clinic as Hospital Superintendent or equivalent position (not below than Civil Surgeon).
04. Retd. Army Officer (not below than Lt. Col.) with similar experience in this field may be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
Directly responsible for the patients services like NURSING SERVICES, FOOD & NUTRITION, HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES.
He/She will be responsible for overall management of the GENERAL STORE, PHARMACY and PATIENT COUNSELING.
The incumbent will supervise and direct all the above services and keeps it smooth running for the satisfaction of the patients. He/She will look after the RESEARCH and ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES of the Hospital.
Facilitate the Research team to conduct research works in a standard form and report to the CEO.
He/She will supervise the library of Ibrahim Cardiac and take proper steps for smooth functioning.
Any other task as assigned by CEO or other competent authority.
