Responsibilities & Context

10 Minute School is looking for talented individuals to join the Higher Secondary Education Project (HSEP), which aims to implement a Comprehensive Learning Management System (CLMS) across 3,300 colleges in Bangladesh. This USAID-funded project focuses on pedagogical training for higher secondary teachers. The CLMS will adopt a blended learning approach, incorporating both online and in-person learning and covering synchronous (live classes) and asynchronous content (recorded lectures, assignment submission, quizzes) to ensure the delivery of quality education. The project aims to directly benefit over 200,000 teachers and principals and indirectly over 3 million students, enhancing the educational landscape across the country.

At 10 Minute School, product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics, and customer-facing teams. The Product Manager is a position that showcases passion about understanding customer needs and taking the initiative to improve the user experience. The Product Manager will get to work with designers and engineers to build delightful features that span various parts of the system, as well as work with 10 Minute School’s business, sales, and operations teams to understand and solve the users’ pain points.

Job Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, across multiple complex products
Working closely with engineers, designers and leadership to ideate & deliver products that advance the 10 Minute School mission
Advocating for the end-user in all product decisions, ensuring that learner needs and feedback are central to the product development process
Being responsible for a product tracking and creating the PRDs, release plans, etc. to align stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
Effectively communicating product progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all levels of 10 Minute School
Working with engineers, BI analysts and senior leadership to turn our vision into a strategy and roadmap every quarter
Researching and staying ahead of new and upcoming technology/trends in the edtech space
Providing mentorship and guidance to other product managers and cross-functional team members
Scaling successful products and features across the organization, ensuring they deliver maximum value to learners and the business
