Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the Tobacco, FMCG, Marketing Agency or LPG industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • In-depth understanding of trade marketing principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with the LPG industry and its distribution channels.

  • Awareness of current industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales software tools (e.g., CRM, data analytics, project management software).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with overall company goals.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the distribution channels.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns aimed at driving product visibility, sales, and brand awareness.

  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed to execute promotional activities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Provide support to sales teams by developing marketing materials and tools tailored to specific distribution channels or retail partners.

  • Monitor competitor activities within the trade marketing space, analyzing trends and identifying areas for differentiation.

  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Visit points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.

  • Conduct field activation and engagement events with channel partners to drive engagement and loyalty.
