Responsibilities & Context
Manage Hajj & Umrah visa processing
Manage Airlines ticket (knowledge on Hajj & Umrah ticketing)
Manage group ticket (Umrah group ticketing)
Manage Hajj & Umrah Reporting (knowledge on computer office management like word, excel, photoshop, illustrator design etc.)
Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve departmental objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Visiting the market regularly to establish good business relationships with Corporate House all group of companies offer Hajj & Umrah services.
