Responsible for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting production activities.
To responsible for manufacture, modification, selection of cutting process & procedure as per buyers quality parameters or requirements.
Properly understand buyer’s cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA.
Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team
To receive the fabrics from dyeing section & check all received fabrics.
Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Factory Manager to realize the target with quality.
To maintain liaison with sewing, printing, embroidery & dyeing section regarding quality & quantity.
Plan wise cutting monitoring.
Timely provide short list and send to concern department.
To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
To ensure discipline in the floor.
To maintain ISO, COC & GPQ requirements.
Special care to reduce overtime. Compliance, SS, quality. RQS and follow the company rules and regulations strictly.
Any other work assigned as and when required by management.
