Responsibilities & Context

APON Family Mart, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as Out let Manager / In charge. If you have a proven track record of success in the retail industry and are ready to take on a new challenge, we encourage you to apply. 

Responsibilities:  

Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service.

Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 

Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
