Cargobox Bangladesh Limited is a renowned freight forwarding and logistics company dedicated to providing comprehensive logistics solutions for businesses. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. 

Position: Operation Executive

Location: Sector 1, Uttara, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-time 

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight, warehouse management, and transportation.

• Oversee the end-to-end process of freight forwarding and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and review documentation related to shipping, customs, and inventory management.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as shipping lines, customs brokers, and vendors, to ensure smooth operations.

• Track and report on shipment status, and proactively address any issues or delays.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and minimize costs.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and freight forwarding activities. 

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

 Experience:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, supply chain management, or a similar role.

• Prior experience in handling import/export documentation, customs procedures, and transportation management is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and optimizing supply chain processes. 

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including import/export procedures, transportation management, and customs clearance.

• Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

• Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Sound knowledge of international shipping regulations, documentation, and compliance.

• Analytical skills to assess data and make informed operational decisions.

• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
