Job Context: Management of Hemodialysis service delivery and patients care.

Job Description / Responsibility:

Care of Patients undergoing Hemodialysis (in Dialysis Unit).
Counseling to MHD Patients and their attendants.
Hospital level work experience as dialysis technician will be preferred.
Responsible for the achievement of KAMPS mission, vision, short and long-term goals and financial objectives.
Handling dialysis machines, Dialyzers, Renal Solutions, Dialysis medicines and other
elements of dialysis.
Overseeing the dialysis treatment procedure from start to finish.
Record keeping of patients’ medical information and vital signs.
Identifying irregular dialysis reactions and notifying appropriate medical team members.
Letting the medical team knowing about any changes to the patient’s conditions.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain patient confidence and protects confidential/ personal information.
Maintains nursing /medical supplies and inventory.
