Responsibilities & Context

One of the quality Steel De Formed Bar/ Steel Rod manufacturer with having modern Steel manufacturing plant in the country is looking for qualified persons on above posts.

Job Responsibilities

To deal with Marketing and Sales of Steel Rod with network Partners/Dealers and various clients and must have the capacity to sell 12000 – 15000 Tons of Steel Rod per month.
The position shall be responsible for handling sale of MS bar/ Rod and leading the sales team
To develop the new network partners to ensure the more market penetration
To take initiatives and push the network partners and team members to increase the retail coverage.
Must have the experience to work with Nationwide Dealers & Traders, Corporate House ,Real Estate, Developers and Contractor
The position requires experience to deal with MES/ PWD/ LGRD/ Education Engineering, and other Govt. Department.
The applicant should have efficient communication and negotiation skill to deal with potential buyers.
To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Excellent manner with good team player and leadership quality to lead the team
Monthly/yearly sales forecasting & planning and achieve the target.
