  • Ready to work in the market and visit across the country

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

  • GTM for New Product Launch and other BTL Projects
  • GTM planning and execution will be a major role of this position. Planning with supervisor, preparing effective BTL activities for new model launch and execution in the market.
  • Other BTL activities planning and execution as per monthly requirement (Festivals, channel marketing, product promotion, sponsored activity, etc.)
  • Retail Development
  • Analyze the performance of terminal retails monthly, and quarterly and check for further development
  • Quarterly review of the terminal retail investment and calculate the ROI, accordingly, prepare next quarter plan to improve the sales
  • Visibility enhancement plan for high productive retail and occupy higher brand share
  • Annual roadmap for new retails as well as existing retail to develop the brand visibility and sales
  • Find out the market/OOH opportunity to enhance brand visibility in target locations as per the monthly plan and direction
  • Channel Marketing
  • Quarterly channel-driven support planning for channel (distributors, DSR, Retail, RSA, etc.)
  • Building relationships with regional partners and retailers to create partnerships and sponsorships that promote the channel and its programs
  • Develop and execute channel training program to develop both brand and product essence
