Responsibilities & Context
Perform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa services.
Advise clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products and services.
Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance client experiences and meet sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and techniques to enhance skills.
Work closely with other spa staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation and train SPA team.
To perform any other task assigned by SPA Manager.
